The Instant Pot is probably the most versatile appliance in my kitchen. I’ve used it as a pressure cooker for hard-boiled eggs, as a slow cooker to make beef stew, and it even has a setting to perfectly boil milk for homemade yogurt. You can convert just about any recipe you currently have into a recipe for the Instant Pot. The best part about this appliance is the numerous recipes already tailored specifically for it. There are accounts on Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook that are great for finding new recipes, as well as cookbooks. I'd for sure put this as my number one recommendation for kitchen appliances.
