I love this little machine so much. I've used it for homemade mayonnaise, salad dressings, and even pie crust dough! It is a great investment if you love to cook from scratch. My favorite feature is the tiny cup in the lid for drizzling oil into dressings. This makes the dressing so creamy and perfectly emulsified.
