This recipe is so simple and my family loves it!
Ingredients: 8 oz. plain yogurt, 1/4 c olive oil (optional), 1 tsp. dried dill, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. onion powder, 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste), dash black pepper (or to taste). I use a stick blender to mix, but you can put into mixing bowl and use a large whisk to mix. That's it! If you want it thinner, add water, milk, oil, whatever you prefer. Want a spicy ranch dressing? Add chipotle powder seasoning, 1/4 tsp. at a time. Or even jalapeno juice from a jar of jalapenos. If you want it to be a tangier dressing - add a tablespoon of apple cider or white vinegar.
