Time Management

I'll make this post short and sweet since it has to do with time. If there is something in your life that is causing you great stress and you spend a lot of time doing it - please stop doing that, ok? Sometimes it's ok to be a quitter, especially if it's affecting your health. Now please don't read that as "hey, my job stresses me out, think I'll quit today"! That is absolutely NOT what I'm referring to. A little stress in life is normal, but a lot of unnecessary stress can be detrimental to your well being. So if your source of stress starts with you putting a lot of time and effort into it, consider putting your energy somewhere else (as in doing something just for YOU). Try it for a week. Whether it's a person who stresses you out, a chore you can live without for a week, or a new exercise program you're doing that is just painful or exhausting - just put it all off. Find someone positive to chat with (or read something positive by yourself), or leave that chore aside till next week, or just go take a walk instead of being so hard on yourself.
