Walking

One of the best things you can do for your health is getting outside. Even a short walk during your lunch break or after work can do wonders for your mood. I was having a conversation with someone yesterday and we both agreed our moods have definitely improved now that the trees have blossomed and the weather is improving.

Feel like you don't know where to begin when it comes to exercise? Start with a 10 minute walk just once a day and build from there. There are no rules and you certainly don't need to log 5 miles a day, which can be time consuming. Once you get in the habit of getting yourself outside increase your walk to 20 minutes, then 30. If it's impossible to fit a 30 minute block of exercise into your day, then keep it to 10 minute walks and add one or two here and there when you can.

Enjoy walking, and the weather!!!
