This handheld blender is very convenient to use for blending soups after cooking in the Instant Pot (or any pot). I love to use it for vegetable soups due to the pulse option. I like to use this to leave some chunks of veggies behind. As long as you’re careful not to lift it out of the liquid, the clean up is a breeze. I clean mine with a mason jar of warm water and a drop of dish soap. You need to be careful with this though, as there is no safety feature.
